All services are provided based on information supplied by the customer and are subject to scheduling, site conditions, and applicable regulations.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and any related services, including but not limited to submitting forms, requesting information, or opting in to receive communications via phone call, SMS, or email.

You will receive confirmation text messages from us once a service is booked and a marketing message once every 6 months. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number +1 313-217-6511. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at royalrecycle20@gmail.com.Royal Recycle does not send unsolicited marketing messages unless explicitly agreed to by the customer.

You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete contact and service information • Ensure the service location is accessible and suitable for dumpster placement • Comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, andOpening instructions • Avoid placing prohibited or hazardous materials in dumpsters
Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, additional fees, or service refusal.

Customers may not dispose of restricted or hazardous materials, including but not limited to: • Chemicals • Paints • Oils • Asbestos • Batteries • Medical waste • Explosives
Violation of these restrictions may result in additional charges, service termination, or legal liability.

All pricing is subject to confirmation and may vary based on: • Dumpster size • Rental duration • Material type • Location • Weight limits
Quoted prices are estimates unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is determined after service completion and material evaluation.

Service dates and times are subject to availability.Royal Recycle does not guarantee exact delivery or pickup times.
Cancellations or changes must be requested as early as possible. Fees may apply for late cancellations or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Recycle shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Delays caused by weather, traffic, equipment availability, or circumstances beyond our control • Damage resulting from improper placement instructions or site conditions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
